No insurance? Just $75 for an office visit.
Insurances accepted: All PPO's in network (AETNA, Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Health Systems, Great West, HealthNet, Operating Engineers, TriCare, TriWest, Exclusive Care, Humana Choice Care, United Healthcare and many more), most HMO's including Hemet Community Group, Menifee Valley Community Group, Prime Partners IPA of Temecula.
