I am so happy I went here tonight. I have been suffering in pain all weekend, so I finally caved and decided to have my hubby take me to this urgent care. Having worked in healthcare for over 10 years, I consider myself to be very picky about front office staff. I was so sad to see the horrible and quite disgusting statements made in a couple of these reviews about the staff at this UC. A realistic interpretation of the girls would be that they were quiet, kind, professional, and accommodating. I waited just under 30 minutes from the time I walked through the door and after going through vitals check with the medical assistant, I was greeted promptly by DeAngela the PA. I. LOVED. HER. She was SO awesome and after a through interview and exam was able to diagnose me and give me an injection to take away the pain. I felt such relief having been under her care and I am so grateful to have Temecula 24 Hour UC as a happy alternative to the ER. My husband and I thank you all very much!!!!!
Ouch!!!! Strep throat and fluid in my ears. I was just miserable. Having an earache ranks right up there with a toothache and childbirth as far as I am concerned. I needed to find someone even though it was Sunday afternoon. No way could I wait until Monday morning and beg the front office person for an appt with my reg MD. After Goggling Urgent Care in Temecula, I came across Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care. I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. I am very happy that I did. My new patient paperwork took maybe 10 minutes max. I was back in a room within 15 minutes of my paperwork being complete and seen by the Dr shortly thereafter. From the front desk to the triage nurse to the Dr. Thank you for making this a very easy visit. I am so thankful for finding you!
Had a very nice experience with the people here. They got me in quickly when I was very ill and the owner personally spoke with me after when I had some concerns. Definitely would recommend it.
